With CavVisit’s self-service kiosks visitors manage their visits. QR codes are sent to the visitors’ mobile phones and serve as both identity and access card. With help from the QR code, the identity of the visitor can be determined upon arrival and, automatically, check in the visitor and let the visitor in trough the closest speed-gate.
Thanks to the built-in MS Outlook/Google Calendar pre-booking function, the employees know which visitors are coming and completely removes the need for physical contact as the visitors print their own visitor badge, with help of the self-serive kiosk and thier QR code, upon arrival.

Multi-Site / Multi-Tenants
CavVisit is a so-called multi-site (several facilities in the same system) or multi-tenant (several tenants in the same area/building) system. This means that each facility / tenant gets its own part of the overall CavVisit system with its own integrations, its own design, its own design on visitor badges, its own SMS / e-mail messages and more. The main administrator has a “helicopter view” and sees all parts, while each facility / tenant only sees its own information.

CavVisit is used to ensure the safety of tenants, staff and visitors. If any unforeseen event requiring evacuation and gathering occurs, an SMS is automatically sent notifying of the situation. The message that is sent clearly states what needs to be done and where to meet. Namely, it contains: 1) Evacuation map, 2) Information about gathering point and 3) A confirmation link through which they announce their location. At the same time as the SMS goes out an email is also sent to those responsible for the evacuation. In the email, these people can see how the evacuation is going in real-time. Something that makes it possible to take quick measures if necessary.
Queue system and visitor system
Many organizations, in various industries, are in need of queuing systems for visitors. Our visitor system has a very flexible, built-in queue system. Visitors press a button at a CavVisit self-service kiosk and then receive a queue slip printed out.
